Tim Palmer who joined GFWA as Wheatstone Projects Director has become the company’s new general manager. He has a strong academic background with a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering, and also valuable experience of working as a specialist geotechnical contractor in major Australian projects, and overseas in U.K., the Middle East, and southeast Asia.
