Our processes
Stage 1: Site Preparation

Stage 2: Drilling
Holes are drilled along the planned wall alignment to the required depth using rotary or percussion drilling methods. The spacing of the holes is critical to ensure the formation of a continuous wall. The drilling process must be carefully controlled to ensure proper positioning and depth.
Stage 3: Grouting
Grout is injected into the drilled holes to form a continuous barrier. The grouting process is typically done in stages to ensure proper filling and strength. Controlled flow and pressure are used to ensure uniform grout distribution and adequate filling of voids.
Stage 4: Curing
The grout is allowed to cure and harden to form a solid wall. Proper curing is essential for achieving the desired strength and stability. The curing process is monitored to ensure the grout sets correctly and achieves the required properties.
Stage 5: Excavation
