The Elizabeth Quay Lot #6 project in Perth is a significant development situated in the heart of the city. This project aims to transform the area into a vibrant mixed-use precinct, blending commercial, residential, and recreational spaces. The development consisted of 2 basement levels, 21 levels of tower.
Scope of Works
Our full scope included for, the design foundation system including the piling matt, supply and install for all barrettes, diaphragm walls, couplers, plunge columns and cranes base foundations. Concrete poured and reinforcement supplied and fixed amounted to 6,171 meters cubed and 809 tons. On-site works commenced in November 2022 with one excavation increasing to two rigs in January to May 2023.
