Our processes
Stage 1: Site Preparation
The site is cleared, and access points for jet grouting operations are prepared. Any obstacles are removed, and the area around the grouting locations is made accessible for drilling and grouting equipment. The site preparation ensures that the area is ready for the arrival of equipment and materials.
Stage 2: Drilling
Small-diameter holes are drilled to the required depth using rotary or percussion drilling methods. The drilling pattern and depth depend on the soil conditions and the design requirements. The drilling process must be carefully controlled to ensure proper positioning and depth.
Stage 3: Jet Grouting
Grout is injected into the soil at high pressure through rotating jets. The high-pressure jets break up the soil and mix it with the grout to form a solidified mass. The jet grouting process is performed in stages to ensure proper filling and strength.
Stage 4: Monitoring
The jet grouting process is continuously monitored to control flow and pressure. Adjustments are made as needed to achieve optimal grouting results. The monitoring process ensures that the grout is evenly distributed and achieves the required properties.

Stage 6: Finishing

Load tests and inspections are conducted to ensure the jet grouted mass has achieved the desired strength and stability.
